Turns out the Client slacked on Updates and somehow didn't acknowledge me trying to change the Settings, which made me unable to turn them off. But i didn't want to take no for an answer and uninstalled and reinstalled the Steam Client onto my Computer, then tried to turn off the Controller settings once again, which then ultimately worked on all games (AC, MSC and BNG!). Even My Summer Car would not recognize the Wheel after that. The first problem listed said to go to Steam's big Picture mode, and to turn off all Controller settings there.
